  • Do we need to do the 501C verification? - no we don’t need to collect anything from the customer/vendor
• Enterprise treatment
  • Do not call this “Academic”
  • Instead, call this Enterprise seat license for Research, and charge for something (heavily discounted from the Enterprise seat license)

  • whats the onboarding experience for academics (need to upload documentation with some grace period)
